9/23/23 Update
This is an update to show a small harvest of the trimmings I can harvest. I harvest these to encourage growth to the upward/center facing leaves, as well as to make mini salads for myself.
Pictured is three different types of lettuce from different plants. The leaves do have a fairly bitter taste compared to most lettuces I’ve tried, but I think that’s normal.
10/3/23 Update
This is another harvest, larger than the last. I am hoping I can cycle the lettuce in my Edn planter as it’s beginning to bolt, so I ended up cutting extra. Hopefully I can harvest some seeds to continue growing it.
