This design was created with TPU printing in mind, as it is quite flexible, while also relying on the card for structural integrity. The print also relies on the loop where the belt loop connects to the holder. The force holding it together helps prevent the print from cracking laterally, as it would be expected to under high stress.

This will fit all standard size HID access cards. It also features a small Blue Apron logo in the corner.

The only downside I can find to this print is that removing the supports from the 15mm deep, 1mm wide gaps is rather difficult. Inserting the card without properly removing them can cause stress points which cause the print to crack.
